The cook time will vary dependant on how big you cut your kohlrabi wedges. I find that 15-17 minutes is the perfect cook time for smaller wedges, but if yours are on the larger side you may need to cook them for a few minutes longer. Be sure to shake the basket halfway through cooking so that the kohlrabi cooks evenly.
- The olive oil can be substituted with any other type of oil.
- The salt can be omitted if you are on a low-sodium diet.
- The kohlrabi can also be baked in the oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes instead of being air fried.
