One of the best things about having an air fryer is that you can cook pretty much anything in it – and that includes steak! This recipe for air fryer sirloin steak is quick, easy, and produces amazing results. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, this dish will become a family favorite.

  • Sirloin steak
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried parsley
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Avocado oil
  • Black pepper

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees farenheight
  • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, dried parsely and coat with oil.
  • Place the steak in the basket and cook for 8 minutes (turning halfway) at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite sides.
