Using the same oven proof dish that you cooked the mince in, pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into it and spread it around evenly.
Place two lasagna noodles onto the sauce in your basket and top with ¼ cup of the ricotta and ¼ of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
Top with another layer of lasagna noodles followed by another ¼ cup of the ricotta, ¼ of the meat mixture and another ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
