Preheat the air fryer on 400F
In a oven proof dish, place the beef mince in and cook for 3 minutes on 400F
Take the mince out from the air fryer. It will be 80% cooked. The rest of the cooking will be down in the next cooking step.
Tip the meat liquid in the sink and place the mince in a mixing bowl with the marinara sauce (2 cups), salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil. Mix together.
Using the same oven proof dish that you cooked the mince in, pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into it and spread it around evenly.
Place two lasagna noodles onto the sauce in your basket and top with ¼ cup of the ricotta and ¼ of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
Top with another layer of lasagna noodles followed by another ¼ cup of the ricotta, ¼ of the meat mixture and another ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add one more layer of lasagna noodles and top with remaining ricotta cheese, remaining meat mixture, remaining mozzarella cheese.
Set air fryer to 360°F, place foil on top and cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the foil and cook on 400F for 5 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
