  2. Get 3 shallow bowls. In the first one combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. In the second one mix together eggs and in the third one place all purpose flour.
  3. Place the chicken breasts into the all purpose flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Repeat the process making a double coating – place it again in the egg and then the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, flip the chicken, spray again and cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

  • You can use any type of breadcrumbs you like for this recipe. Panko bread crumbs will give you a crispy coating, while regular bread crumbs will be more dense.
