Ninja Creami Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

There’s nothing quite like a homemade ice cream, especially when it’s a decadent Strawberry Cheesecake flavor. Today, I’m sharing a new recipe that I’ve been loving – Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream made with Ninja Creami.

Ninja Creami Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • ½ cups of heavy cream
  • 1 and ⅛ cup 2% Fairlife milk
  • ½ cup of sugar (or honey)
  • 5 strawberries
  • 2 pudding mixture
  • 1 tbs cream cheese
  • Extra chopped graham crackers and strawberries for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Start by gathering all your ingredients. This will make the process smoother and quicker.
  2. Blend: In a blender, add the heavy cream, Fairlife milk, sugar (or honey), strawberries, pudding mixture, and cream cheese. Blend until everything is well combined.
  3. Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to freeze.
  4. Spin: Once frozen, use the Ninja Creami to spin your mixture into a creamy, delicious ice cream.
  5. Garnish: Just before serving, garnish your ice cream with chopped graham crackers and strawberries for that extra touch of flavor and texture.

Substitutions:

  1. Sugar/Honey: If you’re looking to cut down on sugar, you can substitute it with a natural sweetener like Stevia.
  2. 2% Fairlife Milk: You can also use any other type of milk you prefer or have on hand. Almond milk or coconut milk would work great too!

FAQ:

Q: Can I use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones? A: Yes, you can! Frozen fruits work just as well in this recipe.

Q: I don’t have a Ninja Creami. Can I still make this ice cream? A: Absolutely! While the Ninja Creami does a great job spinning the ice cream, you can also use a regular ice cream maker or even your freezer.

And there you have it! A homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream that’s not only delicious but also easy to make. It’s the perfect treat for a hot summer day or whenever you’re in the mood for some sweet indulgence.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. Don’t forget to share your thoughts and pictures of your delightful creations. Happy scooping!
