6 oz Skirt steak ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil + ½ tbsp (for the steak) 1 tsp Salt + ½ tsp for the Chimichurri sauce 2 oz Fresh parsley 2 oz Fresh coriander ⅛ cup Red wine vinegar ½ tsp Dried oregano ½ Garlic 1 Red chili
Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season your skirt steak with salt on both sides.
Drizzle the steak with olive oil, then place it in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the steak reaches the desired level of doneness.
Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
For the Chimichurri sauce, combine all of the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
