- 106 g Brown sugar
- 100 g White granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 210 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 150 g White chocoltae chips
- 4 g Baking powder
- Purple food coloring
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and food coloring until fully incorporated.
Sift in the flour and baking powder then mix to combine.
Gently fold in the white choclate chips.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
