- 5 oz Oyster mushrooms
- 1 tsp Salt
- ⅕ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
- ½ cup All purpose flour
- ½ cup Coconut milk (+ 2 tbsp)
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Golden breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- Spray oil
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ⅙ tsp Onion powder
Preheat the air fryer to 380F.
To make the batter combine all-purpose flour, coconut milk, white pepper, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.Place the breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, and flour in separate shallow bowls.
Dip each mushroom piece into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated mushrooms on a lightly oiled air fryer basket and mist with spray oil.
Air fry at 380F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing.
