Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Salted butter
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs Baby potatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • ½ tsp Dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried rosemary and dried sage.
  • Place the butter in the skillet and let it melt.
  • Once the butter has melted, place the chicken breasts in the skillet.
  • Sear on each side for about 2 minutes (medium high heat), until the chicken is golden brown.
  • Add the baby potatoes to the skillet.
  • Pour in the chicken stock. Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
