  • Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F.
  • Onto a shallow bowl, place the roasting beef, avocado oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano and steak seasoning.
  • Rotate the roasting beef with tongs to coat in the seasoinng until well incorporated. Pierce the roasting beef with a sharpe knife and massage the marinade into the beef.
  • Transfer roasting beef to the air fryer basket. Air fry for 30-40 minutes, or until roast is cooked through. 30 minutes will preduce a medium rare beef. 
  • Garnish with butter and fresh rosemary leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Rare: 115 to 120°F.

Medium-Rare: 120 to 125°F.

Medium: 130 to 135°F.

Medium-Well: 140 to 145°F.
