Recipe tips:

  1. For a more evenly cooked roast beef, try using a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the roast and cook until it reaches the desired temperature.
  2. To keep your roast beef juicy and tender, don’t overcook it! When in doubt, err on the side of undercooked because you can always cook it longer if needed.
  3. If you want to add some different flavors to your roast beef, try different rubs or marinades. Rubs are easy to make and can be made with ingredients that you already have in your pantry. Marinades are a little more time consuming, but they can add a lot of flavor to your roast beef.
