Ube Horchata

- 3 cups Rice milk
- 1½ cups Condensed milk
- 1½ cups Evaporated milk
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp Ube powder
- ¼ tsp Ube extract
In a blender, combine the rice milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar. Blend until combined.
Add the ice and blend again until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix together the ube powder and ube extract until fully combined.
Pour the ube mixture into the blender and blend for 30 seconds or until fully incorporated with the other ingredients.
Serve your ube horchata over ice in tall glasses garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired!
