- 1½ cups Oats
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Salt
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs whisked together
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- ⅓ cup Raisins
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 320°F. While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the batter for your oat breakfast loaf. In a medium bowl whisk together the oats, flour and salt until evenly combined.
Add in your vanilla extract, whisked eggs and sugar - stirring everything together until everything is evenly blended together into a nice batter consistency.
Finally add in your melted butter or oil and raisins. Mix again until everything is thoroughly incorporated throughout the entire mix.
Grease up an oven safe dish with some cooking spray or oil before pouring your prepared batter into it - making sure to tap down on its sides around any edges that may have developed while pouring in order to create even cooking across the entire surface area.
Place this now filled dish onto the middle rack of your preheated air fryer and bake at 320°F for 50 minutes before checking for doneness via toothpick test - inserting one in with care from top center of loaf then looking at results afterwards (no batter should be sticking onto toothpick when removed).
