Air Fryer Dried Mint (for Mint Tea)

Making dried mint with an air fryer is a great way to bring out the natural flavor and aroma of mint tea. All you need is some fresh mint leaves, an air fryer and a few minutes!

  • 3 cup Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water and gently pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place the rinsed mint into the air fryer basket, add a tray to cover it and prevent the mint leaves from flying up to the element.
  • Set to 2-3 minutes at 360°F
  • When finished, remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container for later use.
  • When ready to make your tea, simply infuse a generous amount of dried mint leaves with hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it!
