  • 1 Egg whites (1 egg yield)
  • 1 cup Confectioners sugar
  • ¼ tsp Almond extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, egg whites, confectioners sugar, and almond extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Begin to roll it into a log shape using your hands. If it's too sticky, you can dust your hands with confectioners sugar. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Cut the marzipan log into 1-inch pieces and place on a serving dish, you can dust them with confectioners sugar if you'd like. Serve and enjoy!
