  • 1 Spray oil
  • ½ tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390F.
  • Add the sliced bitter gourd to the air fryer basket and cook for 2 minutes to defrost it.
  • After 2 minutes, remove from the air fryer basket and sprinkle with chilli flakes and salt.
  • Cook for 8 minutes.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
