  • ½ Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Golden breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat egg.
  • In a third bowl, mix together panko crumbs, breadcrumbs and turmeric.
  • Dip cucumber slices in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray cucumbers with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 7-9 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
