Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Skirt steak
  • ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil + ½ tbsp (for the steak)
  • 1 tsp Salt + ½ tsp for the Chimichurri sauce
  • 2 oz Fresh parsley
  • 2 oz Fresh coriander
  • cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • ½ Garlic
  • 1 Red chili

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season your skirt steak with salt on both sides.
  • Drizzle the steak with olive oil, then place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the steak reaches the desired level of doneness.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
  • For the Chimichurri sauce, combine all of the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Pour into a serving dish and enjoy!
