Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ Red onion
  • ½ Yellow pepper
  • ½ Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried basil
  • ½ tsp Dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Dice the red onion, bell peppers and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken cubes, red onion cubes, bell pepper cubes, olive oil, smoked paprika, dried parsley, dried basil, garlic powder,  salt and pepper. 
  • Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers (if you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using). 
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 15-17minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
