  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the pork chops, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried sage, salt, pepper and avocado oil. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.
  • Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 13-15 minutes (flipping at 7 minutes), or until the chops are cooked through. Serve hot!
