Easy Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut oil (Melted)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg White
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix Oats, melted coconut oil, honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon, egg white and salt together
  • Mix together untill all incorporated
  • Spread thinly and evenly on a baking tray, ensuring you do not crowd the tray. Use 2 trays if need be.
  • Cook on 160 degrees for 22 mins
  • Take out of oven and break up pieces
  • Put back into oven for a futher 5 minutes. This is to cook the granola evenly
  • Let the granola sit out until cooled
  • Store in an airtight container
