Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Blue popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Salt and other seasonings of your choice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  • Add popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid.
  • When you hear the first kernel pop, shake the pot gently from side to side every few seconds to ensure even popping.
  • Once all of the kernels have popped (about 3 minutes), remove from heat and immediately pour into a large bowl or container for serving.
  • Sprinkle with salt and seasonings if desired, then serve your blue popcorn in individual bowls for a fun movie night snack!
