Ube Butter

- ½ cup Butter (softened, salted)
- ¼ tsp Ube extract
- 1 tbsp Ube powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, ube extract and ube powder until blended.
Add in the honey and mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
Serve cold or at room temperature on toast, muffins or cakes!
