Air 'Fryer Potato Snowmen
These adorable little potato snowmen are so easy to make, and they’re the perfect side dish for a winter meal. I used a small air fryer to cook the potatoes, but you could also bake them in a regular oven. The key is to cook the potatoes until they’re nice and soft. I bet your kids will love them!

Begin the recipe by slicing the bottoms of the medium-sized potatoes to allow them to stand.
Get a skewer and put it through the head (smaller potato) and the body (the medium-sized potato).
Spray oil on the potatoes and place in an air fryer at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and decorate your snowman by adding eyes, buttons or any other small items you like. Serve as a side dish or enjoy as a snack!
