- 1 lb Pre-made pizza dough
- ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg (egg wash)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Basil leaves
Preheat the air fryer to 330°F
Divide the dough into roughly 13 balls and set aside.
Get each ball in your hand one by one and poke an (almost) hole in the centre of each and stretch them out to form a donut-like shape.
Place about ½ teaspoon of pizza sauce sauce, followed by approximately 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the centre of each ball.
Gently seal the edges of each ball and place in the shape of a Christmas tree in the preheated air fryer basket.
Brush each ball with egg wash and cook in your preheated air fryer for 8-10 minutes.
Once the pizza bread has lightly browned, remove the basket from your air fryer and brush melted butter over the top of each ball.
Sprinkle garlic powder and basil leaves for additional flavor, if desired.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for future use.
