- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
- ¼ tsp Dried thyme
- ¼ tsp Dried basil
- 24 oz Passata
- 1½ cup Chicken broth
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes
Begin the recipe by dicing the onion. Then, add the ground beef, onion, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and basil to the Instant Pot.
Cook on the "meat/stew" setting for 5 minutes, or until the beef is browned.
Add the passata and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well.
Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pot. Do not stir.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal it shut. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
When the timer goes off, use the quick release function to release the pressure from the pot.
Remove the lid and stir the spaghetti. It will be cooked through.
Add the cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese (if desired) and stir.
Serve immediately with chopped parsley (if desired). Enjoy!
