These air fryer steak fajitas are the perfect quick and easy meal! Seasoned flank, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro come together to make the most delicious fajitas ever. Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Red onion
  • 1 lb Steak cut into strips I used flank steak, but you could use any cut of steak that you like. Just make sure to slice steak against the grain if you are using a cheaper cut of meat.
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, prepare your vegetables. Cut the onion and peppers into thin strips.
  • In a small bowl mix together the spices: garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and onion powder. Rub this all over the steak strips.
  • Add the steak and vegetables to the air fryer basket, along with a drizzle of avocado oil.
  • Cook the steak fajitas for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve with optional toppings such as tortillas, guacamole, sour cream or salsa. Enjoy!
