Ingredients
  

  • cups Raw pecan halves
  • 1 Egg white (from 1 egg)
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup White sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the egg white, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Add this to the pecans and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the pecans back into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through, or until the sugar is melted and bubbly and the pecans are toasty and fragrant.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool completely before serving.
