This air fryer lamb breast roast is so easy to make and is absolutely delicious! I love using my air fryer to cook lamb, and this recipe is definitely one of my favorites. The key to making this dish perfect is to cook the lamb breast until it is nice and crisp on the outside, but still pink and juicy on the inside. And, of course, don't forget to season it generously with the herbs and spices suggested in this recipe. I like to serve this with a simple green salad and some crusty bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lb Lamb breast roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoons Cumin
  • ½ teaspoons Dried mint
  • teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, cumin, mint, salt, and garlic powder. 
  • Rub the herb mixture all over the lamb roast. 
  • Place the lamb in the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes to 45 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the lamb from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
