Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, mix together the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and lemon juice. Add the chicken to the bowl and coat evenly with the mixture.
Place the flour in a shallow dish. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour, making sure to coat evenly.
Then place the chicken again in the egg mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
Then finally in the flour mixture for the last time.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and spray heavy handily with oil. Making sure that every part of the chicken is covered.
Air fry for 20-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
