Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Salmon (Sushi appropriate)
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Mirin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the skillet on the stove on medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and mirin. Set aside.
  • Season salmon slices with salt and add to the skillet. Add the oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until slightly browned and cooked through.
  • Remove salmon from grill and drizzle with the soy sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
