  • Cups Pumpkin puree
  • Cup White sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg:
  • ½ Cup Condensed milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Pie crust (9 inch)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and condensed milk.
  • Whisk in the eggs until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth it out with a spoon.
  • Place the pie in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. 
  • Allow the pie to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
