Move over, French fries. There's a new fry in town, and it's made with turkey! These delicious little morsels are perfect for a quick and easy snack or side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Turkey breast (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Frying oil

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, breadcrumbs, oregano, and salt.
  • In another shallow dish, beat eggs.
  • Dip turkey slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add coated turkey slices to the hot oil and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve immediately!
