Turkey Fries
Move over, French fries. There's a new fry in town, and it's made with turkey! These delicious little morsels are perfect for a quick and easy snack or side dish.

- 8 oz Turkey breast (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cups Frying oil
In a shallow dish, combine flour, breadcrumbs, oregano, and salt.
In another shallow dish, beat eggs.
Dip turkey slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add coated turkey slices to the hot oil and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately!
