There's nothing like the smell of bacon frying in the morning. In this particular recipe, that lovely smell is wrapped up around a juicy pork tenderloin. Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 8 slices 8 slices of bacon
  • Spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and brown sugar.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  • Wrap the bacon around the pork tenderloin, overlapping the bacon slices as you go.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
