Ingredients
  

  • cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tbs Blue spirulina powder
  • cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and spirulina powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and oil.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add some butter to the pan and use a ¼ cup measure to scoop the batter into the pan.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
