Do you love bananas? Have you ever had them tempura style before? If not, then you are seriously missing out! Today I am going to share with you my recipe for banana tempura. This is a dish that is sure to please any taste buds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 6 Bananas
  • 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Confectioners sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and egg.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Dip the banana slices in the batter and then place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. This will take, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
