- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 6 Bananas
- 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Confectioners sugar (optional)
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and egg.
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Dip the banana slices in the batter and then place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. This will take, 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve immediately.
