- ½ Cucumber
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Golden breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Spray oil
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg.
In a third bowl, mix together panko crumbs, breadcrumbs and turmeric.
Dip cucumber slices in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture.
Spray cucumbers with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 7-9 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
