  • Start by scrubbing the potatoes well under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris before drying them off with a clean cloth or paper towel.
  • Get a potato peeler and carefully peel the skins off each potato.
  • Place these skins into a mixing bowl and fill with warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, drain and dry.
  • Coat the potato skins in avocado oil, salt and black pepper.
  • Place them into the Air Fryer basket and cook at 400F for 5 minutes.
  • Shake even 1.5- 2 minutes
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve.
