Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Mushrooms (any variety is fine)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F before adding the ingredients. 
  • Place the mushroom in a bowl and lightly drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (and any other herbs or spices) as desired. 
  • Gently mix together so all pieces are lightly coated with sauce & seasoning.
  • Place the mushroom slices in a single layer on an oiled tray or directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure there isn't too much overlap as this could cause uneven cooking results. 
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown and crispy on all edges (you may need more or less depending on your particular air fryer). 
  • Once done cooking remove from heat immediately—carefully check for any undercooked pieces before serving.
