- 3 cups Mushrooms (any variety is fine)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F before adding the ingredients.
Place the mushroom in a bowl and lightly drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (and any other herbs or spices) as desired.
Gently mix together so all pieces are lightly coated with sauce & seasoning.
Place the mushroom slices in a single layer on an oiled tray or directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure there isn't too much overlap as this could cause uneven cooking results.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes at 375°F until golden brown and crispy on all edges (you may need more or less depending on your particular air fryer).
Once done cooking remove from heat immediately—carefully check for any undercooked pieces before serving.
