Ingredients
  

  • 2 Carrots (large)
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
  • Peel the carrots and use a sharp knife or a curly knife slicer to slice them into thin, even slices.
  • The thinner they are, the crispier they will be.
  • Place the slices in a bowl.
  • Drizzle a tablespoon of avocado oil over the carrot slices, then sprinkle evenly with dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Use clean hands to mix everything together until all the carrots are well coated with oil and seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned carrots in an even layer on your air fryer’s basket or tray, making sure not to overcrowd it as this will prevent them from getting crispy.
  • Cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, flipping halfway through cooking time if necessary.
  • Once finished cooking, let cool slightly before serving or storing away for later enjoyment!
