- 4 Medium Potatoes (Russet is best)
- ¼ Cup Salted butter melted
- ¼ Cup Parmasan cheese
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Wash and dry the potatoes, using chopsticks, and slice the potatoes lengthwise into ¼-inch slices (make sure you don’t cut all the way through).
Place the potatoes in the air fryer, using a pasty brush, and brush the half the melted butter over the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in your preheated air fryer basket and cook for 45-50 minutes at 350°F, flipping halfway through cooking time.
Halfway through the cooking brush on more butter and top with parmasan cheese, salt and pepper.
Once the potatoes are golden and crisp, serve as a side dish or enjoy as a snack!
