Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

- 4 Pork chops Boneless, about ½ inch thick
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Onion powder
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C). We use a Philips Air Fryer in our kitchen but feel free to use whatever model you have.
Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
In a shallow dish, mix together Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the pork chops then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to press firmly so that the breading adheres well to the meat.
Place 2-3 pork chops into the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes at 380°F (195°C). Flip and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
Repeat with remaining pork chops, or you can cook them all together in the air fryer depending on your model.
Plate and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
