Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

  • 4 Pork chops Boneless, about ½ inch thick
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C). We use a Philips Air Fryer in our kitchen but feel free to use whatever model you have.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of the pork chops then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to press firmly so that the breading adheres well to the meat.
  • Place 2-3 pork chops into the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes at 380°F (195°C). Flip and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Repeat with remaining pork chops, or you can cook them all together in the air fryer depending on your model.
  • Plate and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
