  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F (200C).
  • In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper and then add the avocado oil to coat the shrimp completely.
  • Place the shrimp in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Once the shrimp is done cooking, transfer them to a plate or bowl and pour garlic butter sauce over them while they’re still hot – this will help better absorb all that delicious flavour! Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
