  • 2 Seabass fillets
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Golden breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • Spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and season with salt and pepper.
  • In another shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each seabass fillet in the flour first, then dip it into the egg mixture before finally coating it with the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered on both sides.
  • Place each of the coated seabass fillets in the air fryer basket and spread them out evenly so they cook without touching each other (you may need to do this in two batches).
  • Cook the seabass in the air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Once they're done cooking, they should be golden and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
