Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved-
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin the recipe by boiling the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes. Once they begin to soften, drain and transfer to a bowl of cold water. This will stop the cooking process and help the Brussels sprouts retain their shape.
  • 2. Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees F (190 C)
  • Place the brussel sprouts on a chopping a smash them with a flat object, like a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.
  • Grease your air fryer basket with olive oil and add in the smashed Brussels sprouts. Brush with the oil, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 390 degrees F (190 C). Halfway through cooking, give them a quick shake to ensure even cooking and browning.
  • Once cooked, remove from air fryer and enjoy!
