1.  Preheat the oven to 375F°

2. Get an oven proof dish and place into it; 2 salmon fillets, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, sesame seed oil and mirin.

3. Mix the marinade into the salmon fillets on each side ensuring that every part is coated.

4. Bake in the oven on 375F° for 20 minutes.
