4. Put a tablespoon of cheese on top

5. Crack on egg on top of the ham and cheese

6. Cook for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

7. Take out of the oven and let it sit out for 5 minutes

8. Sprinkle the cups with salt, black pepper and chopped up parsley

9. Viola, eat right away when hot, or it will keep well in the fridge for 3 days or 3 months in the freezer.
