"If you’re like me, you love French toast. But sometimes you don’t want to stand over a griddle flipping slices of bread for what seems like hours on end. That’s where the air fryer comes in!"

INGREDIENTS:

– Eggs – Brioche bread slices (cut into 1 inch slices) – Spray oil – White granulated sugar – Cinnamon – Vanilla extract – Nutmeg – Heavy Cream

1. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, nutmeg and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon powder to make a coating for the French toast pieces.

3. Place the brioche bread slices into the egg mixture and let them soak for 2-3 minutes so that they are completely coated.

4. Dredge each soaked piece of bread through the sugar/spice mixture until evenly coated on all sides, then place it in the air fryer basket in an even layer (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).

5. Heat your air fryer to 350 degrees F.

6. Spray the tops of the French toast slices with a bit of spray oil, then cook for 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
