I know what you’re thinking, tinned potatoes? In my air fryer? Yes, yes and yes! These turned out great! They’re crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they cook up in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

1 (28 oz) can of whole peeled potatoes

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.

2. Drain the canned potatoes and rinse them well with water.

3. Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.

4. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.

5. Place the potatoes in a bowl and toss them with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in an even layer.

7. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.

8. Remove from air fryer and serve warm!
